Karma is not real in the sense that there is a force out there balancing the universe. But if you constantly do good things and position yourself on the good side of the spectrum, then the odds of good things happening to you increases. Simple as that.

Unless you're talking about a Fisker Karma..then yes...I believe in a car.

What's the reward for a good deed? Does Buddha set a conversion rate?

I've certainly seen plenty of 'unfortunate' events happen to people around me that could support the existence of Karma, but I'm not a superstitious person, and so I don't believe in it.
