Actually, according to Optifine:How much ram do you have allocated to minecraft?
I run my game with 350 MB allocated, and it actually runs extremely smoothly.Lauch Minecraft with less memory (yes, really). Usually it does not need more than 350 MB and runs fine on all settings with the default texture pack. By default java allocates way too much memory (1GB) which may get swapped to disk and the overall performance may suffer a lot.
Um i did that but there was no properties tabTry the task manager trick, if you don't know what that is....
Right click on your task bar, and click start task manager.
Go to the properties tab and find "Java" or "javaw" and right click it.
Hit "Set priority" then "High"
If you're on a pc that is... Mac I have no clue xP
Tell me if this works!
Just go to all the tabs until you find javaw (2 of them should be there) end process on the one with less data, then set priority high on the one with more.Um i did that but there was no properties tab
