For the 2k something screenshot, I set all my Naga buttons to left click and rub my thumb up and down the pad rapidly.
For the 300 something screenshot, I just spammed my left click button. I take off all of my fingers except for my index finger, hold down my mouse with my left hand, and smash that button.
