It's just using bukkit. The fishing rod works with any bukkit server... ;P

I don't think MCGamer uses NoCheat, correct me if I'm wrong, although they have Xime that acts as an improved version of NoCheat, it automatically bans Regen Hackers, unlike NoCheat that doesn't.

MCSG uses NoCheat, without it PvP is all about ping.
