Slowly starting to stop playing MCSG with the amount of hackers!

I can't say much because I am not an EU player myself, but I have heard how bad it is in the EU region and can't imagine what the average EU player has to go through compared to what I have to go through on US alone...

Sadly it's all on us. The players. Record, report, be persistent. Make MCSG better and stand up. American President John F. Kennedy once said "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". So do the same on MCSG. Instead of asking for more staff, report more players and be an active community member c:

I've literally stopped playing, I'm an decent PvPer and I can tell when people are using Kill Aura, it's obvious to me. I'm not just complaining just because of one day of hackers, it's been two weeks+ of constant hackers. I can literally only play in the early hours and yes complaining would help because it lets the issue get known. If admins/mods don't really know that there's many hackers then how would they know to do anything to combat these hackers?

For example, they could bring back operation clean sweep if the issue gets out of hand again. Everytime I read someone's comments against me it's that they 'haven't encountered hackers'. By saying I feel like you're calling me a liar, which I am not a liar, I know exactly what hackers look like when they're hacking against me. I don't just assume someone's hacking if they're getting the better of me but lately what I'm saying is, literally I'd say 3/5 games I play in the day time I'd encounter a hacker or two. Now, I'm not saying every game but the majority of games.

If you actually played 30 games on EU without seeing one hacker then either:
a) You're very lucky,
b) You're not sure what hackers look like exactly.

What he said, he's basically saying I'm lying about seeing hackers, I've just 'apparently' seen a lot of hackers.

Yes, I can help by reporting, yes I can report to staff.

Do I want to record and upload every game I play? No. Why? Because it's a LOT less fun to do that, I play the game to enjoy myself not to record every game for every hacker I meet.
Not going to lie, after a hacker kills me, I just rage a little and don't even bother to report them because I'm already dead so it's like no point in reporting them now. Yes, I should report them but I'm not going to sit there and report them unless I was actually a moderator ofcourse. I haven't blamed mods for this either.

I'd disagree because the more complaints they get, the more likely action will be taken whereas reporting a user or two will just effectively get them banned. Yes, it bans a user, but most hackers have multiple alt accounts so they don't even care if an account gets banned.

I'm not blaming anyone, I'm not saying people aren't doing their jobs properly. I'm saying something needs to be done, I'm glad they removed regen yes, really glad and yes it makes some hackers kill-able however it's still a daunting task to do that. I don't want to say there's no hackers on US but everytime I play on US, not that often admittedly, it's rare I encounter a hacker.

I respect your comments but I disagree about not complaining as I feel complaints make things happen.

Oh, it's good to live in US. Only see a hacker once every few games, and they're usually so bad you can bow spam them to death. They're like the class clowns of the game. Also, considering you've played almost 6,000 games, hackers probably aren't the only reason you're starting to play less, most people start to get bored at that point.

Try applying for mod, help the community, and have some fun while you're at it! ^_^ If you don't want the responsibilities of being Mod, because it's not only hackers you're dealing with, just report them individually, and get the hackers scared of you, no reason to quit MCSG in general.

Okay, I understand your statement about complaining making things happen. You are the first one out of many who have made similar threads before who made me realize that. It is just annoying to see a thread where someone complains about either the staff or the hackers, but this one is different as it is not made in a rage like most of them.

We as the community can still keep reporting hackers for now, but I do agree that there should be an Operation Clean Sweep soon if it gets out of hand again.

EDIT: I know that this is sort of a short and lame response but I can't elaborate as much as I should at 3:00 AM.

It's not possible for me to become mod because of past bans.

I haven't actually left yet it's just I can't play lately as all I seem to do is get very annoyed when I play a couple of games and I get hacked against.
