After reviewing both sides of the argument, I actually do see where Insidious is coming from. The comment about using 5 trials is clearly in response to Hks1218 saying "Rebels 3-0", and not as a continuation of the "we sure scraped elevate" comment. Considering this battle was a 6v6 and, looking at the people who were playing for Insidious, at least two were full members (Edit: I checked, all of them were), this comment had to be referring to the battle against Rebels. In that case, no rules were broken in the battle between Elevate and Insidious and the battle results should still stand.

we've clearly stated to them multiple times outside of this thread that if they can get the proof against this screenshot we will give it to them obviously.

That screenshot gives no proof though...

Like every factor points against them using trials in your clan battle, and it honestly just reflects badly on your clan that you are unwilling to take the loss.
