VPN stands for Virtual Private Network and allows users to change their I.P, so therefore even if you I.P banned them from the TS they would just get a new one ,to put it basically...

no. mcsg teamspeak allows 1 IP per person. if you try logging in on MCSG ts with a different, or second IP, it says you are perm banned.

You make no sense, they use a different IP so teamspeak doesn't recognise the client and they use a different name as well so how is it being recognised?
