Lets talk PVP with high Ping

So 100-150 ping used to be enough to fair fight someone but now a days its not does anyone no why this is the case? And if it will ever be the same again?

I wouldn't go as far as to call it a ping based game, but it's definitely a factor. MCSG relaxing NCP also played a part.
