So, you're fretting cause a girl you're into, has a boyfriend? And you've only known her for 4 days? Yeesh. Doesn't seem like much of a reason to be depressed to me. Like, at all.

You'll get over her sooner or later. Also, I'm mainly mentioning this girl even though you're having other issues, because she seems to be the reason you're making this thread, not for your other unspecified reasons.

Just remember that somebody somewhere probably has it worse than you do, and either wait for this "relationship" to end, then make your move, or move on and forget about it.

Please read the whole thing... I'm not even going to finish reading your whole statement. I clearly said that my whole life is horrible right now, and this was just another thing that added on to EVERYTHING ELSE going on in my god-forsaken life that really makes me want to just go hide in a hole.... It's not like I'm going to be depressed because of that alone... but imagine if you have a cut on your knee that hurts a crap ton. Then you put salt in it. How much more will it hurt? Pouring salt on your knee alone if it wasn't cut wouldn't hurt, but if there's already a wound there, its going to double the pain.

So, you tell me to please read your whole post, but then right after, you say: "I'm not even going to finish reading your whole statement." .-.

And I did read your whole post, and really, you barely mentioned anything other than this girl you've been so worked over for the past few days, which in all honesty, shouldn't be that much to get all worked up about. All guys will most likely be in your situation in life, and most will likely move on to somebody else. Trust me, I'm a coward when it comes to girls, and I've passed up on my fair share. But, I could care less about them at this point in life.

Even if you won't give us full details on your, "issues", and that's completely up to you whether you want to post them or not. I'm not making you, but when you leave me with a silly situation with some girl in your statement, I don't have much to support/work with, right?

And still, even if you don't want my support, I'll tell you this: If MCSG was your escape to the bad parts in your life, but you've grown tired of it, find something else that can fill that gap. Some video game, anything that will keep you isolated from the parts of life you find hard to handle. Also, don't dwell on the bad parts of life, since in the end, it will only make you feel worse.

Just forget it, I didn't mean to offend you... My life is my business and I never should have made this thread I the first place. I am sorry, I am being an idiot for causing all this trouble. I doubt I'll look at this thread anymore from this point on. Any mod reads this maybe you could lock this thread. I probably sound like a crazy person to anyone that reads anything I have typed, but you don't know my life outside of the internet. I need to get this out of my life ASAP. I look at this as a wake-up call, more or less, maybe I should spend more time actually attempting to make friends instead of getting lucky and meeting some nice person that pities me and befriends me. I showed myself as someone I'm not for long enough on these forums... I'm a mess of a person.

I totally respect your privacy man: but it goes without saying that when you make a thread like this and saying how "You're depressed" people generally want to get to the bottom of what's going on fast. Not that people should do it, but they're prone to do it.

I've been through this and much worse, and I've got one piece of advice:

See a guidance councilor.

If councilling doesn't work feel free to message me on the forums, I can help you with this stuff.

Yeah, people have bad days some times. You will get over it soon if you try to enjoy your life and ignore the bad things. Go out, talk to friends, make new friends. Idk what else to say..

use the power of doge to wow her.

much sexy, such doge.

But in all seriousness, depression is a big deal. I really hope you feel better, and that you get to talk to her again. If you at least get to be friends with her, then accept it. It's better than never talking to her again.

Worry not about "dating", especially at that age. Rather, focus on building reliable relationships with good-hearted people. Ensure future, financial success by doing well in academic aspects of your life. Trust me, once you secure a good, stable job, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find the girl of your dreams. It's summer, so relax and enjoy the free time you have. I've recently turned 17, and my dad came in my room today, giving me a list of things I need to do by Tuesday, when he gets back from a trip. The list outlines tasks I need to do, which, in turn, will prepare me for next week, where I'll be forced to apply at various places for a job. I'm getting to that age where I can't enjoy my summers as much as I used to be able to. You, who I assume is younger than 15 based off of the information I've read from posts, still have the ability to relax and enjoy life without having to constantly ensure your personal financial well-being is in check.

Hop on Facebook and ask some friends from school if they would like to do something this weekend. The worst they can say is no.
