Everyone should know what voting is on this server. However, a map with 0 votes won. How did this happen? I don't know but has this ever happen to anyone else?

It is called raffle voting, basically all the maps that are on the list are entered in to a draw, the more votes a map has the more entries in to the draw it gets, essentially the more votes the higher chance of that map getting picked.
I hope this helped clear things up :)

I'm pretty sure he knows what raffle voting is and how it works. The thing is, if a map has 0 votes than that is 0%. That's the question he's asking: how is it possible for a map with 0 percent to get chosen as a map?

The answer: most likely someone voted for the map at the last second, and you didn't see it. Even when the game goes to pregame, you can still do /v to check the percentages. I bet someone actually did vote for the map within the last 30 seconds, but you just didn't see it. ;)

Does that make sense?

That's the only logical explanation, as that's virtually impossible unless there's something wrong with the coding.

Notice how a platinum donor joined right as the lobby was about to expire. Be probably quickly voted 1 for Alaskan Village

That is what I was thinking.

You can type /v in pregame, to check the votes and percentages and stuff. Next time, I would do that. Anyone could have quickly voted for 1 in that 10 second span.
