MCSG is in trouble

So basically, the only things MCSG have to change are:
Update to 1.7.10 (otherwise donations are illegal)
Bounty for donors (remove)
Fly for platinum in the Lobby/Hub (remove or give it to all players
In addition to the monthly points boost that premium members get (which I'm not even certain happens), this is quite literally all that will need to be changed for MCGamer to comply with the new EULA. Every other feature (priority joining, coloured names, etc) have already been approved.

Even Flying? It's still a feature which is not purely cosmetic. It doesn't give an advantage, but it does allow people to bypass things such as parkour, or get onto things like the top of structures which are not normally accessible.
I'm not trying to argue or anything, I just want to make sure we have all bases covered.

I'm certain that there will be more clarifications in the near future. The only 2 gray areas right now for MCGamer are flying in the hubs and "wardrobes" in situations where gameplay isn't affected.

What about voting boosts? If you are good at a certain map and your donor and you vote it the map gets more votes making it more likely to get chosen. If the map you are good at gets chosen your chances of winning do increase a bit but if a map that you dislike or are bad at then your chances of winning decrease say if you didn't have a route on it.

The votes don't actually give you anything that will help you in the game. Once the map is chosen, only luck and skill are factors, and donors are not given any items that actually increase their chances of winning.

True point I was only saying it as in if you have good routes or not.

I imagine the distinction that mojang will make that MCG can co-operate is that they will be anti pay to win. The only real thing that donating adds that could be seen as 'pay to win' would be the monthly points (or whatever it is) for donors, so I imagine that if they remove that we'll all be fine.
I have never even noticed my monthly bounty in the... Almost 14 straight months I've been donating so life is gud

Don't worry about it :)
The devs have gone to extensive research on this issue, and we have reached the conclusion that ultimately, MCGamer will Not be leaving. In fact, due to how our system works, we may be one of the only networks that will not need to change much.
