Points boosts - I believe by that, you mean donors receiving extra points every month for their rank?
No, it will not be allowed. Why?
Sponsorship. As I've stated on several other threads already, sponsoring affects the gameplay. If it was something that was from a purely in-game system such as previous wins (Which is impractical), then it would be allowed, but seeing as it comes from Bounty Points, it is not allowed, because Bounty Points can be gained from donating. Either you have to remove/tweak sponsoring, or remove the Points Boost.
Also, Bounty can be classified as a sort of in-game currency, the purchasing of which is explicitly disallowed, judging by what Mojang stated.
