Mojang released their first statement about this "new" EULA. Essentially, its over.
Thanks! This wont work on a large-scale. I can see this for popular (I mean full constantly) servers, you pay to join. Won't work for MCGamer, nor other large scale communities.
Well, this one is easy enough to bypass. Create an ingame currency that is able to be obtained ingame and with that currency you can obtain Donor. Right? Nope,
That just takes that loophole away...
MCGamer doesnt do this anyway, but possibly.
This doesnt apply to MCGamer, but it may apply to Tekkit. I'd assume kits would be counted as "items" as they can count as items.
Yep, we can do that easily.
The ONLY loophole I can think of, the new EULA is only effective with 1.8. If we stay in 1.7 we are fine (I think?)
