Killing someone in game doesn't mean you're better than them. I've killed huahwi before, that doesn't mean I'm better than him. Clan is disbanded anyways.

One of the rules is "No Cursing"
In clans, everybody has the mouth of a sailor. I could imagine so many people getting kicked from the clan for swearing

I think the "no cursing" rule applies more to in game in the chat than to Skype or TS.
