SURVIVAL GAMES disconnected when games meant to start

Description of the bug: when me and my friend try to go in an MCSG server that is in lobby, once the timer counts down to zero we get put back into the Hub when we're suppose to be sent to the allocated map. Once in the hub the server just keeps going on. It feels like the server just kicked us out with no warning. This happens to us most of them time when we try to join a server via the hub or the server ip. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

no it doesn't come up with a message just a dirt screen

Can we get a specific incident and possibly a screenshot after it happens? We need to know exactly when and where so we can look at the logs.
