However, Likes are often inaccurate. Most of the people on Top Likes were "like-spammed" in order to achieve their current numbers. Even I was recently likespammed with over 600 likes. (I don't know why, some folks just decided to.)

I, personally, have a pretty good post/like ratio. I don't normally get likespammed, but I do occasionally. However, the majority of my likes comes from my legitimate posts.
