How many Hours Of Gaming A Day Is healthy?

While I was sitting motionlessly In my dull depressing bedroom, I was thinking about How many Hours A day i should game, put in mind here I have a decent social life.

So I brought my crazy thoughts to the MCgamer forums to check out what you guys think?

Depends on what else is going on in your day. If you're going to be doing other things like sports I feel like you might be okay doing a little more, but you probably shouldn't go more than a couple hours.

Honestly, RC_4777 is correct, but I do not think there is a health benefit ( or lack thereof) included with gaming. If you plan on going for long periods of time, make sure to get up and walk around, maybe exercise for 10 minutes in between games. <--- Also, exercise prevents rage!

The more active you are irl, you could game longer. It is better when you do active stuff before you do gaming, because doing electronics before a sport game can make you more distant and more tired. You should reward youself for being active (5 active minutes equals 15 gaming minutes, for example). You should do at least 5 minutes of exercise before gaming, because exercise can get you more focused.

Don't binge is all I have to say. It's difficult for me, because I am a moderator and there is always work to be done, but I would recommend playing 5 games or so and then taking a little break. Make sure to drink water while playing also :)

Keep active/healthy, eat good, take breaks to give your eyes rests and you're good.

Well, I play 90 minutes of soccer on most days. Plus an hour of PE on school days. With your methods that would make 7 and a half hours of gaming on some days! That would be very unhealthy.
