TeamSpeak Moderators - Dont Help

I have recently noticed that mods don't really do anything to help you on the TeamSpeak. I found this out when i poked 7 different mods that had poke if needed and i said help hacker in server eu.... and not 1 of them replied to me or joined the server. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me. All i am trying to do is get the hackers out of this server and make the community happy but i cant do that if the mods don't help when we need.

Dude I dont think making a thread will do much. Maby talk to a sr.mod about this. Get your own recording software and record yourself. The mods may have been busy. I am sure if the mods were available to help you they would. Pm me if you see a hacker.

This is the time when you turn around and tell us the name of the mods you poked and got no response for - even better, take a screenshot so we can see the timestamp, the pokes and the moderators status. Also try middle clicking moderators and checking their idle time to be sure they're active.

Please feel free to poke me when I am on, I would love to help . Even if I can't assist you at the moment, I will try to let you know that. However, as LadyOfLove said, the moderators you poked may have been afk at the time.

^masond123 poked me back the one time I needed a mod.

I've had plenty of people tell me mods do nothing when you ask for them, but I've never really had that experience. Post some evidence so those moderators get a little talking to. However, all 7 of them were either AFK or will just claim they were AFK, so it doesn't really matter :3

The mods on teamspeak almost always respond to me, almost instantly infact (Coming from an EU player aswell).

I can definitely see where this would be extremely irritating! Mods are supposed to help whenever they are needed, and maybe you needed help at the wrong time, but most mods that I know do reply quickly! If I can't respond to a poke (usually due to being out), I pass it on to other moderators and notify the user that other moderators have been notified. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, and if possible, do what LadyOfLove suggested!
