It's a mechanical keyboard, but it isn't one of the most fancy ones, like all the keys don't glow and stuff, it's a really good keyboard and here's a pic of it. It's not one of the more known keyboards.

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate is definitely this way to go. The 5 macros on the keyboard are so useful.

EDIT: SteelSeries Apex is also very nice
