Im guessing not because theres germans in the servers and other races that wont like this (very repulsive and racist)

In the rules it says you can't use the insignia in skins, I'm guessing the same applies for maps. A WW2 map sounds cool though.

Sure if i hear any other info i will try to get started asap, i wont use the Swatstika unless if its permitted.

No, you're not allowed to. This may be offensive to others. As what Nicholas said, just like in skins, signs like this may not be used in maps.
