The whole GG get wrecked situation

Ok so it seems an awful lot of people have been getting frustrated by people doing this lately. This used to never happen before and do you want to know why? I will tell you. Since video games have been around there has been trash talking, in every competitive scene there is trash talking. It's not about how we stop it, it's about how we react to it. Before there was people saying gg or any trash talk like that, but before we did not react. Trolls live of attention. Do not give them that and they will die off. I will give you an example. So you fight a guy in game and he beats you and says something like gg10hp or what ever. You have 2 choices. Do not react and he will get no satisfaction or you can get annoyed, talk back or make a post on the forums about it. What happens the ? The person that originally said it will be like "oh haha he is mad lets do this again" also other people will see your reaction to it and might think its funny and they will try it. It is like a virus that is contagious and there is only 1 way to stop it because let's face it we cannot make a rule to stop harmless trash talking, so let me state again. The one way we can stop this is NOT TO REACT TO IT. Sorry if there is any horrible spelling mistakes I am on my phone.

I still think of it as a respectful term, to say when you win a game, have an intense fight etc. But lately, the way some people have been using it has been pretty dumb. Trying to piss you off by targeting you and say it, when you have nothing, etc. I honestly wish MCSG wasn't as competitive as it is so people wouldn't get mad, and people could say it when they win a game. If you've ever played like League of Legends, you would know "GG" is a respectful term to say at the end of a game. Both sides say it.

I agree, people do need to stop getting so mad at what's said in chat. That said, I would like to see some kind of filter for the obviously imflammatory words / phrases to promote a better atmosphere. I've seen it work on other servers where typing 'ez' or 'rekt' in chat made a message come saying 'How about saying something more respectful, like gf (good fight)?'
