The 'Noob' Problem...

Recently I've noticed alot of people getting banned for absolutely no reason. It seems like alot of kids found out how to use the reporting system for these survival games and are overusing or abusing the ability to report. Is there any way some of the mods can take deeper looks into reports? Such as trying to get the other end of the story?

If you're banned for swearing or rudeness, there's evidence. If you're banned for hacking, there's evidence and it's reviewed by moderators

My friend got banned for 24 hours for absolutely no reason. He asked moderator and checked the ban list or whatever it is, and he said he didn't know why he was banned. Even though 24 hours isn't to bad, he still was pissed about it.

I was banned for 1 hour for no reason and without warning and i was banned for a day for offensive language when the other guy was provoking me....

you still shouldn't have used offensive language in the first place, try to keep your cool, and if the other guy is swearing report him.

At the time I didnt know how to report....If I find him again i will report him...im not banned now im just tired of being threatened that some kid is gonna report me cuz i accidently said damn once...and knowing how the report system works if they see the word "Damn" they will ban you straight away

If you want to report something that is happening in the lobby eg. a conversation or spam, just screenshot it. It shows who the persons ign is and what the have done.

Post a bad dispute, no one is banned for "no reason".

Moderators are only allowed to ban once they have clear proof that the player was spamming/cheating etc.

Disputes are sort of a problem too...Even when you post a ban dispute not enough people review the disputes for everyone to get looked at...Maybe you can get more mods watching for people who really have a banning problem...Im not complaining so much as I am trying to provide soloutions to server problems.
