I think the biggest problem for reporting hackers is the time consumption. I am from the EU, and it can take up to 10-20 mins to render a 5 minute clip, then another 40 mins-1 hr to upload it. Users who are especially restricted with their time wish to make the best of it. Here I see everyone being very enthusiastic but nothing being done.
Just please work on a custom anti-hack plugin, However long it takes this could Be but it would make such the difference, I'm sorry if I don't see how complicated it actually is to do but just please.

I am an EU player aswell and it's not just the hacking which is problem it's ghosting and we can't do anything to help that it's up to you staff members?

Have a nice day,
Scottie!
Like Echo said it's impossible. There are various versions of Anti-Cheat, and old one of which used to be able to stop aimbot/ff from hitting you, but used to cause fast-clicking people to not be able to register any hits. The only way I can think of stopping this is to read the hackers client, which you'd practically have to hack into their computer and literally have access to their personal files in that case. There is a special plugin which I believe Jigabot developed (on the Roxbot server) which allows moderators to see regeneration rates. Apart from that, good luck detecting players clients ;)

Note to self: Don't screw with Col_Star, he's a badass.

No seriously, I play the awesomeness that is the CA servers, but this seems like a great idea. Good luck!

There is anti-cheat. Want to not be able to play at all if they bump settings? Honestly, recording a hacker takes 5 mins max of actually doing something. Be the change you want to see.

I'm curious to know- how exactly does the no cheat configuration work? A lot of people make it out to be a case of just turning it up or down, while others say there are lots of parameters. Now that the sprinting bug is gone people can actually fly and sprint hack to an extent which seems kind of ridiculous... why can't we have no sprint lag-back and no fly hackers?

I can't claim to know, but it's my guess that "turning it up" means narrowing the parameters that a player has to meet to be considered hacking, such as a certain velocity or time in the air to be considered flying. Problems exist in things like the bug there used to be when you would jump off a ledge; it would think you were flying and pull you back to where you jumped, but still damaged you.

While that could be completely false, I feel like it has at least some truth.
