Just be cause some one kills you doesn't mean they're hacking.
You will need to be able to takedown teams to have a decent ratio.
Accusing someone of hacking won't get them banned.
Reporting someone for hacking may get them banned.
This server does have hard working staff.
And did I mention that moderators actually do ban players.
Survival was taken down because you the players ruined it.
If you spend all the time you spent raging and flaming in chat practicing PVP you might actually be good.
Hundreds of players are banned everyday.
Just because your online doesn't mean you can bully someone.

I didn't mean it in a bad way if that's what you're wondering. I did like this thread and I do think it can help, but not everybody is willing to listen and understand. There will always be someone raging in the chat, or someone calling somebody else a hacker. It's just how it works. But I do thank you for making the thread, I think it'll help

I don't really get the point of this thread....
And there have been multiple threads made similar to this, where they discuss how people aren't always hacking, staff are angels, etc. People aren't receptive to this kind of stuff.

Well, at least these people try to do something positive for the community. Personally I would rather see the community section full of these kind of threads, than people complaining about hackers and teams. And to answer your last point, well if people aren't receptive to things like this. Then slavery would still exist, you would be shot for trying to voice your opinion, and males would have way more freedom. People aren't very receptive to this kind of stuff, but if they are pushed towards the better (aka lots of powerful and creative threads in this case) change will happen.
