I never got it until one of my friends pulled a mod in, then I said I was a donor, then I was moved into a different chat then was moved back. When I checked, I was a donator. Mainly, just go on TS and ask a mod or someone who's on that you're a donator and you don't have it on TS, they'll give it to you.
