Rant on "Fixed" NCP

Oh really, MCSG you "fixed" the NCP settings? Fixing the lag back problem may help some people, but it sure as hell annoys the flipping fudge out of me when I'm running at the exact same speed away from someone and they can now hit me 3-4 times instead of 1-2 times, thus giving me a chance to run.

I *hate* this new setting. It's frickin' MCSwish all over again. I HAVE to be able to run because I lag a load. If I don't get the first hits on somebody, I reserve my right to turn around and run goddamnit! It's what sensible people do! You've taken away my ability to run away or run past somebody, MCSG, and I do not appreciate that.

I have to agree with this. Running is a huge part of my defensive playstyle. It pretty much feels like defensive players got "nerfed" in this update.

ya i agree. i like being a defensive little b****, but now you take extra hits whenever you try hit-and-run tactics which I think is complete poop.

It almost makes me miss the lag-backs now that I've known for the longest time just to block my sword whenever on happens. You can be bloody four blocks away from a guy and he can still hit you thrice. It's absolute crap I say, crap!

hah. nope, but I completely understand where you are coming from. It really does make it almost impossible to run.
