Hey Y'all,

So I've been in clans for quite a bit now and I've realised that it's really unorganised both in rules and the forum section. Now I'm not sure if this I'd entirely true but I heard Dave is infact in charge of maps and all that.

So I was wondering whether Chad could hire or a admin hire a person who deals with clans, just like Dave does with maps.

The point in this is the clan community will be hopefully much more organised because they can set out specific rules and deal with clans that refuse to put up loses and wins etc.

Thank you for reading :) hopefully this idea is taken into consideration.

I like the idea. Probably post this in the clans and teams section to get more people in the clan community involved.

It's a fantastic idea but the problem, which you will definitely need to address, is who would be part of this committee? If the senior staff were to run the committee, this would only arise even more arguments and cause backlash towards there decisions - when, as usual, it's probably not deserved.

Then, who next? An average member of our community? A highly respected ex-clan member? No, it would be too biased and cause even more of a problem than the original problem that you are trying to solve.

It's a really great idea, however I just do not believe we have the resources nor correct amount of senior staff to cater for a clan committee. I'm also missing the fact that it will cause even more problems. Also, what you have to take into consideration is MCGamer does not affiliate itself with clans. Clans are something that our in-game community decided to create and therefore it is up to you and your opponents to gain a little bit of trust and to correctly play a clan battle without any arguments about who won and if you should restart a battle or not.

I have been thinking about this before this thread and I have a few good ideas so I can see if I can get my ideas out there.

Update: I have just sent an email to all the admins proposing my ideas and how this Clan Committee can be put into action. LETS DO THIS!

Great to here! Let's wait and see what the admins say!
