Go Intel if you're gonna be playing a lot of Java games such as Minecraft, I used to have an AMD FX8350, was not even close to the performance I get with an Intel i5 4670K. For other games, the CPU does not really matter all that much, so you just need a good graphics card, and the one in list 1 is better. So with list 1 having both a good i5, and a pretty good graphics card, I suggest going with that one. Also, try to get your hands on a modular PSU instead, will make everything look a lot cleaner, and will make it a lot easier to build it all. And at last, but not least, get a network card if you're planning on running wireless. :)

I don't really need a modular because the Fractal R4 has a place to hide cables behind the motherboard. If I did not have a case like that I would definitely go for a modular.

I have a Fractal case as well, I really recommend getting a modular anyway, unless they are a lot more expensive :p
