Computer..?

So, I've been having this problem. And it's only on MCSG. Well, maybe MineCraft in general but i only really play on MCSG, so let me tell you my problem. So I will be playing having full iron greatest time of my life, maybe even recording An amazing game when all of a sudden, my whole computer turns off... And it just restarts. I know this isn't cause my computer is being too laggy cause i run at 200 frames most of the time. This has happened several times now and frustrates the hell out of me. I feel I may be pushing my graphics card a little too hard? Maybe there's a way for me to tone it down a tad? I don't know. If you have any ideas or experience please help me down below! >.<
