So this has been happening every two games.

I've been experiencing this as well. To add another bit of information, which may or may not help, it often happens with no warnings whatsoever. For instance, the game clock will be running perfectly fine and all players around you will be moving at normal speeds, and all of a sudden the server will lag out.

No this has happened over close to a course of a week now

Nope, this hasent been a month.
