So I am saving up for a new PC and was needing a lot of help on deciding which one to choose. I know I will get more performance for the more expensive one but it will take longer to save for. Yes, I do know about computers, I am not someone that doesn't know the difference between HDD and SSD. I have a basic to above average knowledge of PC's - I just need help deciding. So the two lists are:

1: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/iPandaHDTV/saved/3A3j
2: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/iPandaHDTV/saved/4y9s

Also, if you guys have any other suggestions that would increased performance, feel free to make a list (My price range is between 500-1000$, although I would like to save money.)

NOTE: I have purchased the RAM, Case, and CPU Cooler from the 1st list already

The lists both look pretty good, except list one has the caviar green HDD. Remove it. Now. You want to steer clear of the green and red HDD, you only want to get the blue or black.

Eww, Windows 8
The first one, but get Windows 7; Windows 8 just at the background uses more PC then Windows 7.
So for gaming get Windows 7.

I wanted to go with Windows 7, but then an expert told me to get Windows 8.1 since it boosts your frames and they are adding the start button back.

What kind of SSD would you recommend for around 60-80$?

I would say go for the first one, but you might want to get like a 600w power supply, 750w is a bit to high, but its really your choice, as my friend says: "Never save on any parts if your building a pc." I would also suggest going for a Winows 7 on the first build. Also, great choice on the case, my friend has that one and is really happy with it.

Thanks, I can hopefully get the money for it soon, I forgot to mention my current laptop is being really annoying right now so the faster I can get one, the better.

I'm talking about the HDD, not the SSD. Caviar green and Caviar Red are terrible hard drives.
