I just wanted to know if staff gave people making ban disputes evidence of their ban. I wanted to know this because recently, there were a lot of threats / flame on a video I uploaded of a hacker. He has kept commenting rude stuff and threatening to Dislike-Bot the video unless I delete it. I personally think that they need to see their evidence. However, they will likely start a lot of flame on the video.

That is one of the reasons why the rules state that any videos used as evidence must be submitted as unlisted.

Basically this. If you made your video public against our guidelines, or you share the link to the evidence to others, then you're really setting yourself up for trouble.

As per our rules, all banned users are allowed to see the evidence against them if they post a ban dispute, however. But for that reason, we prefer that videos are unlisted without ratings or comments; no point in offering such functions if all they'll do is cause issues in something they have no authority in.
