A Glitched, Unfair start

It has come to my knowledge that there is some people while servers don't restart yet send you to the lobby again remain with their items. Atleast with their weapons I've seen, like in an image (will upload later when I get access to my PC) started a match on Solar Frost with an iron sword. That basically explains the title, have you experience the glitch? Have you seen this before?

No, I know how to do that glitch but it only glitches the items into the lobby as far as I know.

Yes it's a glitch were the winners from the previous game get their items in the lobby then into the next game, I know how to do it, but its kick able so don't :3

When the timer hits zero when the game starts, your inventory is cleared, my friend tried it twice and both times the item vanished
