Opinions on New Maps? :)

Hey fellow MCSG Players!

I was recently just playing the new maps that MCSG have added
- Memory Of Earth [RedForest]
- Eye Of Horus [Ghost Build Team]
- Alaskan Village [Discovery Works]

I really like all of these maps and feel that every build team put a lot of effort into them, they are all nicely detailed with good landscape/terraforming. Below I will list good things on every map
[Memory Of Earth] - At this moment and time I am in Red Forest and I actually topok part in building this map so im not going to say much about this map, I really like the terraforming and landscape on the map and the detailed houses.

[Eye Of Horus] - I really liked this map as its really good for the PvP aspect as the landscape it just perfect in my opinion. The houses are really nice and have a lot of detail and a lot of thought put into them.
Well Done to the team!

[Alaskan Village] - I truly love this map and is probably one of my favorite maps now and in my opinion one of the best snow maps on mcsg right now. The detail put into this map was really good and I expect more builds from this team in the future

I've only played Memory of Earth due to raffle voting ;-;

I've only played Eye of Horus currently, but I really like it! It is pretty small and there are lots of chests everywhere. I've played it once and already found 2 double tier 2's!

I really like it's overall appearance and the way the houses fit in with landscape and are easy to run through. I think it's probably one of my new favourite maps;P. Now I just need to play the other 2 new ones but I have seen them and they both look great too.

Played Eye of Horus and Memory of Earth:

Memory of Earth, like the builds. Didn't see much due to being targeted by a team of 3

Eye of Horus - Really like the map, the builds are amazing

Alaskan Village - Haven't had a round of it yet.

I don't like the Memory of Earth map because it is too laggy, too big, too dark, and because some random noob chased me on it for 7 minutes off spawn. I've played Alaskan Village on other servers, and it is ok, although slightly lacking chests, and the snow is a bit buggy. On the Eye of Horus, I found item frames with iron swords (one), and potions (1 x fire resistance, 1 x night vision, 1 x strength, and 1 x invisibility). Otherwise, I found no tier 2s on the map, but I think that it is good for PvP.

I don't think there are any snowslabs so snow shouldn't be a problem, where did you encounter it? That being said, you really do need to address the potion issue to [email protected] so they can fix that.

The map makers have contacted sr staff about the OP items. They did not know they were there.

I didn't know there were new maps! At least Alaskan Village is finally here!! Now my most requested map is SGVenezia!
