First of all, develop pvp skills, and be sure to be good at fns, bow, or both. Also use the fishing rod tactic, which is where you use a fishing rod to knock someone back, and switch to your sword to hit them when they're flying. Once used just that tactic to take a team of 4, although I did have a teammate who apparently did nothing, so I just killed him after that(I killed all 4 of the team, he tried to pick up loots). Also, try getting used to your keyboard, once you've gotten that done, play more aggressive, but not running into lava or fns fires aggressive, just try to play more aggressive and use skills you are good at. If you're fighting teams, if they are separated, take them each 1 by 1(Like the team of 4 I took). If they're together, run if you don't have good loots, and try to get 2 1v1's, or 3 if it's a team of 3. If you have good stuff, then set them both on fire then spam left click and just keep swinging, if you get low, run, and then bow snipe. Fns and bows are really useful. Also find a chest path on all the popular maps(ex: sg4, valley side university). Always loot spawn and do it quickly, because it can give you really good stuff, and do it fast to avoid getting spawn killed, then go on your chest path. If you're not that good yet, then if you get a stone sword, just use it to secure your route. If you really can't pvp, then just clean up crew and sneak people while they're in chests, hit them against the wall(if there is one), and try to get crits. In death match, if the other 2 are not teamed, wait for them to fight it out then clean up crew them. Also, try playing on the later servers(Like 75-150). The best players normally play in the first 40, and some other good players play at the middle, so the best for getting an easier win is the last board of servers. Also watch Huahwi, his vids really helped me, just by watching him, or you can search up top players which you can find in the leaderboards spot, and watch them play.

I would give you advice, put after playing for over a year I still only have 9 wins. Its not that I'm bad at PVP, i just suck at finding good stuff

If you really have a hard time, you can download maps, or search on yt some chest routes, that's if your desperate, always go spawn and loot as fast as you can, try to get the best armor first, and if you get a sword, kill some people who have been looting these high powered chests

Well... I'm a noob too, but to get better in pvp just practice on servers like roxbot.com and check out chest-routes to get good stuff ( - watch videos )
Btw maybe try a few games on Quarter Quell... don't know why but I'm way better there

I think the there are more good players on survival games than quarter quell, so I guess that can boost confidence. Also you can do kitpvp.us or lovepvp.net which is the server from one of the friend ranked players on the server love lights, who is really good, and you can use bows and fishing rods along with swords on that server

I have 30 on my current account, but that's cuz I used to play on 2 of my friends accounts, and still occasionally do cuz that's how I started, overall I have 96 wins, but that's out of like 1000 something, I play a lot
