No offence, but, did you read what I say? It's better to do it with random people or a contest that EVERYONE can participate in (but of course not everyone will win, but still, everyone will have the chance to participate in) rather than giving it to people that had the money to go there or that live there.Someone has to test the new rank. In my opinion it wouldn't be much good to pick random people because if we do it this way the only the dedicated people will get to test it.
