Writing in my phone so yeah, I honestly love Greek mythology! So I made a thread explaining cool things about it and you can write some yourself!
-Goddess of love, Aphrodite's birth: Uranus the god of the sky would always Imprison his children Gaea giving Cronus a scythe an incentive he castrated his father BUT once in little pieces they threw his testicles/genitals (yes I know not appropriate for forums but hey! It's true) into the ocean creating white foam in which emerged the goddess of love Aphrodite.
-The giants, children of Gaea goddess of the earth: After Zeus and the Olympians defeated the titans Gaea in her eternal slumber outraged created the giants, each opposing a different god. Poseidon opposed Polybotes and to defeat him he through him under an island. Hades opposed Alcyoneus who was unable to be defeated in his home territory, Pallene. I find these stories cool because the giants were only capable of being slain between the work of god AND demigod together!
