I've gotten lots of gear from 48-player games on Hungry Hills late at night, when the game starts with barely enough players. Although, I think I only ever got as far as having 5-10 gapples, 1 or 2 iron/gold blocks and one 1 or 2 pieces of low cost diamond armour (boots or helmet).
