Your IP address is nowhere in a traceroute. The first hop is the internal ip address that nobody on the outside can see and the 2nd hop is the first major network branch. There are hundreds if maybe thousands of people connecting through that ip on the second hop.

Fair enough. I'm no computer wiz but you probably are . Just looks like an IP address
