Constant ghosting

Well, I ghost every 30 seconds or so for about 2-5 seconds and it gets me killed soo much, makig minecraft really annoying and unplayable. It's weird because no other laptops in my house have this problem. Only mine :/
The only new thing I've installed lately is Bitdefender antivirus. Anybody know any fixes? Please and thanks. I cri everytime

I've randomly started having it too, no weird/out of the ordinary downloads, just things like resource packs etc..It varies for me, can be every 10 seconds for up to something like 15 seconds..
No idea how to make it better
