When someone is trying to take me on fire, I always jump in fire like a noob... How can I prevent to jump in fire ? Thank you ( Sorry my bad english)

A lot of PvP skills come from experience. This may sound easier than it actually is, but try and estimate if the person is going to try and light you on fire and then try to run around the person so it makes it harder for them to set you on fire.

Also when they look at the ground stop running or hold shift to stop quicker. You could try running on half slabs if they are available as it is impossible to light them up. Finally try to not jump while sprinting on fire as I think it slows you down.

Oh, I never thought of shifting to stop my sprint. Thx for the tip! And sprint jumping while you are on fire does slow you down so don't do that.

Best way to stop people letting you on fire is by not being very aggressive. People find it easier to set you on fire if you are running right towards them. Being slightly less aggressive and more cautious may help you.

The best way to become good at dodging fire is to learn how to use the FnS yourself, you would know what to do and what not to do, when to suspect it when to not, the certain distance you're supposed to he and not supposed to be, etc.

One tip I can give you is when chasing someone with a Flint and Steel, be far enough so that when he turns to place it, you have enough time to react and dodge, but also close enough to be able to cut him off, get hits, etc.

All these tips are valid except for shifting to stop your sprint, it's a waste of time and effort when you can just let go of W or move back to stop sprint just as fast as pressing shift would be.

Actually sprint jumping whilst on fire actually is recommended if you know how to do it. You have to jump right after receiving the tick, or the damage the. Wait for the next one, then right after that occurs to jump again. If you don't know what I'm talking about then what you do whilst on fire is to juke around.

U can jump over the fire but it is relly hard to do that...U must run min. 8 blocks between u and another player ( if u arr chasing him...).Than he will rotate and put down a fire u must go around the fire or jump over fire but it's soooo deam hard.( it's risky ).Another option is this, when he put down a fire u hit him with fishing rod and boost him in house, tree,...and kill him.
