If I used cell phones I'd be getting an Iphone 5

The issue here is that Apple uses phrases like "The thinnest and lightest phone we have made so far." because they are trying to make the impression that they're always improving and becoming something more. I also disagree with the statement about Apple having expectations that they can't meet. If this statement is true it's not for Apple, but for Android. Android devices aren't well organized and because their OS is so open to changes there is a growing problem with creating software for Android. With so many versions of Android (practically a new one with every new device released for it) it's near impossible to continue to develop apps for it because of compatibility issues that arise with every different Android device.
