It depends how adept in this stuff you already are. For that kind of school you need like a 3.8+ to get into a school like that as well as a fantastic SAT and even a sports reason. You are applying as an academic, but you need to show off your other talents as well. I recommend possibly Yale, good sciences programs there... there is one in New York City but I can't remember its name. Huahwi and Lovelights go there I think.Kinda off topic but not really - I want to work in computer technology, so obviously an Ivy League degree is a great way to start out in a job. I'm thinking of applying for Stanford, because it's I'm California where silicon valley is. Is this a good/realistic idea? Are there any other good universities you'd recommend? Also I haven't made this clear, I'm aiming for a scholarship because my family isn't the wealthiest of families.
