Dedicated Clan Servers?

So, I've been debating on weather I should post this thread or not. But I'm just going to post to because Yolo?

So as well all know, the MCGamer servers can get super laggy at times, and those times usually are on the weekends, and weekends are the days that most clan battles/scrimmages occur. Having 5000+ members logged on to MCSG, the servers become very unstable, this causes issues between clans. From what I know, most "Experienced" clans play by Souls Rules. If a member lags out, it is considered (Client Side) and they move on with the battle. This puts the other team at a big disadvantage and may cause them to loss. I have nothing against Souls Rules just to let you know

An idea that MCGamer should take into consideration would be, getting dedicated clan servers. This will make clan battles so much more simple, players won't lag out all the time, server won't crash due to overflows, and etc.. Also, another thing, plenty of clans carry Non-Donors! This really slows down the process of a clan battle. Having a separate server for clan activities will make the process speed up a lot.

Unless MCSG gets a separate "network" for these servers, the lag will stay the same. I doubt MCSG will get a dedicated network for this.

I understand that, but if you think about it, MCSG clans is a pretty big thing going on right now. MCGamer is known for their competitiveness. But I respect your opinion ​

Actually, I havent heard of Souls rules, and I've probably played MCSG for longer then you. And if we're gonna make "Clan" servers, thats basically MCSG supporting clans, which they dont. Remember, there was a time where Mods werent allowed in clans. If MCSG were to support clans, it would support the fights and conflicts between them and they would get into the "dirty" stuff. Also, setting up CB's and Scrims would take longer because they need to get a server to stop the regular people from joining. It would take too much work.

I love this idea! However it will take a long time and yet another job for the developers to do on top of all the stuff they got to do now. Maybe they could take this idea into consideration if you narrowed down your idea. However i'm all for your idea!

the problem is that mcsg never on its own said "hey guys go make some clans", the users themselves started them. it is a completely player-run section of the network. mcsg has never done anything for the clan community, besides *talk* about hosting mcsg-run tournaments, which have yet to happen if they are still in the works.

I like it but random poeple that are in clans can come and just mees up the battle/scrim cuz they know there in that server,
