Okay I will come in now. You can't really claim a rank name in a clan. It doesn't matter if your clan is called Heroes, or have the rank Hero. The name is there for everyone to use simple as that. And honestly, I don't see a problem in using a name as Hero. It does in no way represent your clan.

Just because your clan was called "heroes" or something like that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to have a rank called "hero". So in your logic, they should also remove the rank "legend" because there was a clan called "TheLegends"? They are allowed to have their ranks named as they want as long as the name isn't offensive.
