Alright, I have been lagging out a lot and it's because of the ram of the server. I also guess it's my PC that's slow because I'll be getting a new one soon and I use optifine also! I see people cheating too but they're too fast to be screenshoted.

Server ram is fine, they are constantly running at around 80% free.
