Really weird.. glitch?

Okay so it was the map 3 of mcsg and we were 4 people left, me my 2 buddies and another guy, i was going back from the village in to the corn and told them: "gtg after this one", then i walked all the way there, i noticed that they didn't see me and that i couldn't hit them, i told them whats going on and they went to the place where i writed that message in chat, they apperently saw real me but i wasn't in my body, they could hit me there and i would get knocked back. i would also throw an item and it would go from the place where my apperently body is, same with fishing rod it would go all the way back... i couldn't even see my body... any answers for this?

Yeah I know it's a hack/mod. But I also said Glitch, because it looks a lot like it.
And obviously you won't make a thread about it (if it even is the Freecam Glitch) if you were using the hack.

it is a glitch it happened to me ALOT
it is most likely caused due to anti cheat (stops flying xray etc) for the server and sprint jumping due to that happens to me alot
