im sure i could become a member if i find a few of my best builds but im busy atm wiv my own map im sure that my own map would be a good way of proving my building skills however

As long as you take plenty of pictures of different parts of your map you are welcome to use it in an application, but we need to see the buildings in it up close so we can evaluate your building skill
