Well KitMencha we were supposed to have a match today and it didn't happen. We had both teams ready and became fully whitelisted after 30 minutes of scheduled time. After that we still needed a ref and no mods cooperated to join. After we finally got one, no one bothered to whitelist him and caused for everyone to leave. In nice words, please make this more professional and have refs and everything setup at the right time, or this tournament will never even begin.

I understand that everyone has in life commitments, as we did too. We saved 2 hours of our time for this tournament as our game was scheduled with he ref himself. Unfortunately the ref nor any staff membes came, which dissapointent both teams. Rustywolf had set up the server but didn't start our game beacuse we had to ref. Camadeusa tried getting a mod to ref, but none were available. What I'm asking now is to get our match set again and at least and sure that the ref is available please? Hope we can get some help on this

Please be empathetic before accusing us of unprofessionalism.

Wow did I sound a bit mean? Then sorry no I was a bit frustrated as you said and I apologize if I have said anything wrong. I understand what you and the rest of the people helping are going through in their daily lives. I also have stuff going on too, that's why I was hoping to probably get an exact time and at least get the name of the ref before we begin? The only problem for us was that we didn't know who the ref was, or if we had one. When we can reschedule our game, as a reminder would we be able to get his ign so we can find him on match day?
