Okay this is actually one of my most remembered games
It was November or December 2012, as a regular MCSG nub I was saying "Say I if you want to team" usually there were other noobs like me willing to team. However, this time, people called me a noob and laughed at me. I was teamed with no one. They laughed how I had 0 points. Out of fury (I was 12 back then, forgive me), I argued with them how I will win this game, and how I am good, in caps lock, like a noob. Even though, I had 0 wins and about 2 kills (I was pretty bad).
Lobby ends, Ancient Japan gets voted. I was unfamiliar with this map since around that time Breeze Island and SG4 were the only maps that got voted. The game countdown hits 1 and I rush out of spawn, not going for chests, since I didn't know about shift-clicking. I, like most noobs, ran out far away from spawn, circling the glass dome. I see a cave, with pressure plates. There were dispensers obviously placed near the pressure plates in holes. I ran through it, receiving poison, I had a heart attack thinking I was dead (thought poison could kill you). Survived with half a heart, and obtained some decent armor from the tier 2 pass the pressure plates. Before I knew it there were 8 tributes remaining, I typed in chat how long I survived, even though no one was close enough to hear me (I didn't know distance affected if someone could hear me). I camped at the tier 2 till refill. Sponsors have refilled the chests. Immediately after that, The Deathmatch countdown started. I had half chain, half leather and a stone sword (also a rod, but no one used rods back in those days).
3 tributes got teleported into those little stables (ancient japan's spawn reminded me of horse stables

). This guy in a Link Skin with full iron armor rushed the other tribute and killed him. I was swinging in front of him, but didn't get any hits. I saw lightning being struck on my pedestal. He said "do /gf". I then found out what was going on, I was ghosted, and I wasn't taking damage. He kept telling me to do /gf. But I refused. 1 minute till deathmatch ends. This part of the story is what confused me the most, but I've learned not to question good things.
He leaves. "
Nintendonuts69 from district 1 has won the Survival Games". I felt accomplished, I felt like I had something going for me with MCSG. Server restarts, and I join as fast as I could, typing in caps "I WON" and "I TOLD YOU SO, I AM SO GOOD".
Even though, my first win had no kills, it's still very memorable, and I feel without that, I wouldn't have continued to try to become a good PvPer. That win encouraged me so much to try to become what I am today. For me, there are a lot of good moments in MCSG, and I feel that 1 can't be better than others, but I think this game is the most interesting to hear, since it shows how I got my first win.
